What to expect from the training perspective?

What to expect from the training perspective?

Week 1-3 (Remote strength and conditioning 💪)

Coaches will provide detailed personalised plan to get ready for an adventure. During this crucial training period you'll get to meet with the team and coaches via Zoom.

Week 4 (Camp week ⛵️)

The week full of adventures on land and sea, everyday is packed with specific training program for the whole group and 4-5h of sailing. Meditations and yoga in the morning, easy jogs, hard hill repeats, recovery runs and a lot of fun while living together on the sailboat.

Week 5 (Recovery week 🧘)

By the end of hard work there always should be a recovery time planned. Trailsails team will make sure you are equipped with the necessary set of practices and routines to carry through this critical period and will check in with you if needed for guidance.


Note that training program can change due to route changes, weather condition and other factors. Basic structure of the training schedule will consist of 5 weeks of training:
